The Networkz is an online business networking site, the interactions on the site represent how customer users rate member businesses and how businesses rate each other.
By searching the site you accept the terms and conditions of this site as stated, it is the users responsibility to check them before proceeding to use the site.
We reserve the right to revise and make changes to the terms and conditions without give any notice, by continuing to use the site it is taken that you accept these. If you no longer accept them, then please cease to use the site.
Recommendations by business/customer users are only meant to be used as a guide as to what members of the site view a business. It is in no way a guarantee of good service and should only be used as an indication based on the opinion of other members.
The Networkz takes steps to ensure that any information that is posted is not deemed to be offensive, inflammatory, libellous, pornographic, racial, fraudulent, sexist in nature and political. However in the event that a determined individual manages to misuse the site to these ends, we ask all member/users to report breaches as soon as they see this arise. We reserve the right to suspend the profile (without refund) of any business user who misuses the site and if any crime has been committed pass on information to any law enforcement agency or court. We accept no liability if any of these eventualities arise and users use the site at their own risk.
The Networkz takes steps to verify the businesses that register, however we cannot guarantee any business or the information provided by its business users. To that end we advise that you take whatever normal precautions that would be taken with any other form of advertisement of products and services.
Third parties may advertise on this site and links maybe provided, The Networkz does in no way guarantee or endorse any information provided by third parties and all business users. If you follow a website link from a business profile/site and it takes you to a site that you feel breaches the spirit of The Networkz. Please do not hesitate to notify us and the matter will be investigated.
All members choose to use the e-mail alerts service at their own risk, The Networkz cannot guarantee the accuracy/validity of the information provided or suitability of its content. If you feel that there is content which has the elements of the previously mentioned breaches, please inform us as soon as possible by e-mail and this will be investigated.
The Networkz provides Businesses the facility to add logos or images to their profile to enhance their advert and better communicate their products or services in a similar way to having their own website. The Networkz takes steps where possible to ensure that the facility is used responsibly, however cannot guarantee this will be the case in every instance.
The Networkz has a strict policy that none of businesses that register advertise any services or products that will be deemed ‘Adult’ in nature. The reason being that we wish the site to be usable by the majority of people and not cause offense. To that end none of the business categories listed includes any categories of that nature. Please do not request that such categories be added as our response will have to be a refusal as it will breach our company policy.
The Networkz takes measure to ensure that information is secure, however the internet is an unsecure medium. The Networkz cannot guarantee information is secure when users put information onto the site, as the information is transmitted via the internet.
The site may be temporarily unavailable due essential maintenance, to ensure the site continues to operate at optimum efficiency. We will endeavour to do this at the times when the site is used the least to minimise any impact. We however do not accept liability for any temporary disruption of service as maintenance is essential for the sites continued performance.
All profiles both customer and user have passwords to secure them, it is your responsibility to ensure that it is kept safe at all times to ensure that your profile is not mis-used. We take no responsibility for actions of an individual mis-using your profile after gaining access to your password. If you feel that this may have happened, please notify us immediately and we will take steps to change the password and secure your profile.
The Networkz is an online business network and not an exhaustive list of businesses. The site reflects the opinons of the member businesses and their customers.
Customer users
If you recommend many customers/businesses onto the site then your name will move up the customer leader board. If you do not wish to be on this board, please notify us by e-mail and we will take steps to remove it.
Business User
You must have permission where applicable to use any photographs, logos or images of your profile and it is your responsibility to obtain this. If we are notified of any dispute arising from the use of such imagery, we will remove the image until it has been settled.
